In the Murmansk region authorities will allocate 37 million rubles by the end of 2018 to create a new model for outpatient clinics. The reform involves the creation of more comfortable conditions for patients and doctors. The Minister of health of the region Valery Peretrukhin said at the government session with participation of the head of the region Marina Kovtun. His words leads RIA Novosti.
According to the Governor, the first phase of creating a new model of "planned assessment of imperfections and the key issues that keep people waiting, wasting time that interfere with the work of doctors and nursing staff".
Peretrukhin reported that in the first stage will be the technological transformation of the registries, and this will lead to the simplification of the appointment to the doctor, she will become more comfortable. Then will be realized the separation of sick and healthy patients, the separation of functional duties of the doctor and nurses.
2 August, the government of Russia approved the project for improvement of the functioning of clinics. It is expected that after its implementation in hospitals reduced the queue time of an appointment to the doctor and the time of passing the examination.
