Law enforcement agencies, according to an unnamed source TASS, have information that the leadership of the energy company KES, later renamed as "T Plus" and its parent company Renova in 2003-2008 allowed corporate profits to offshore. At the same time the company itself deny this information.

The official representative of "Renova" Andrey Shtorkh said that the group companies do not have data on the claims of law enforcement bodies about withdrawal of funds to offshore. "The information given in the TASS report, citing some anonymous sources, on the withdrawal of profits offshore is surprising — such claims anywhere and we were never presented, and from our point of view, they are not true," said he.
Gaiser and former officials from the administration of the Komi Republic was arrested and taken into custody in the fall of 2015. According to investigators, they committed crimes with the aim of obtaining highly profitable enterprises of the Republic or establish control over them for illicit enrichment.
In one case are the former General Director of "T Plus" Boris Vainziher, ex - Director of KES, the owner of "Renova" Yevhen olkhovyk and another former head of KES and former head of "VimpelCom" Mikhail Slobodin. All three are accused of the transfer of bribes to the former leadership of the Komi Republic for the establishment of the most favorable tariffs for heat and electricity and to create comfortable working conditions.
