• The Ministry of culture explained the delay of salaries to employees of subordinate institutions

  • Delays in the payment of the salaries of some of the cultural institutions associated with technical problems, said the Ministry of culture of Russia. It is reported Agency city news "Moscow" on Wednesday, March 1.

    "The Ministry of culture is the pilot site for implementation of new system "Electronic budget". The office works closely with the Ministry of Finance and Treasury for the most painless transition to this system", — noted in the Ministry.

    In a press-service of the Ministry stressed that the salary delays caused by "lack of clarity about the work of separate structural subdivisions of the institutions themselves".

    Representatives of the Ministry assured that the majority subordinated to the Ministry of culture universities will receive funding in the near future, as technical problems almost solved.

    Earlier Wednesday, the employees of a number of creative universities of Moscow and St. Petersburg said, from the beginning of 2017 have not been paid.
