The head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov has proposed convening a new Yalta conference, to complete the discussion about the affiliation of the Peninsula. Konstantinov said that in international law it is necessary to reflect the situation, recognizing the right of peoples to self-determination, if the state was a military coup. "How to do it? To convene a new Yalta conference in the Crimea", — said the speaker of the state Council.
According to him, Yalta is a good example in dealing with complex issues, as in the postwar period, events developed according to the decision of the last conference here. "And we need to finish discussion on the issue of recognizing the Crimean referendum as legitimate political actions", — concluded the head of the Republican Parliament.
