"Training of specialists involved in the Northern territories, should include knowledge about the existing state policy in the Arctic, on normative legal acts, regulating any activity in the North, as well as trends and features of development land, environmental and natural resources legislation, as it contains the legal framework for each of the Northern project," — said the press service of the TSU.
