Moscow's Basmanny court refused to release from detention of the General Director of company "T Plus" Boris wainzinher and managing Director and co-owner of group "Renova" Yevhen Olkhovyk. On Wednesday, November 2, reports RIA Novosti.
The court rejected the defense motion to change the measure of restraint on bail, house arrest or personal surety. Bail lawyers not announced, saying only that the money is ready to make a "Renova".
Thus, the court satisfied the investigator's petition to extend the measure of Olkhovyk until February 5, and wainzinher — until 6 February.
Earlier, on 2 November it became known that the testimony against them gave one of the defendants in the "case of Vyacheslav Gayzer", the financier Damian Moskvin. "His evidence was taken into account in a criminal case", — said the investigator at the hearing, presenting the Protocol of the interrogation of the accused.
Lawyer Konstantin Rivkin protecting wainzinher, said that the business is charged with passing bribes, but the charges were not specified. According to the lawyer, the case file is not written, exactly who transferred the funds, and does not specify the exact amount of the bribe. In the indictment the figure sounds no less than 88 million rubles.
According to investigators, former and current heads of the "T Plus" (up to 2015 the company called "KES holding" and belonged to "Renova") has transferred 800 million roubles to the former leaders of Komi headed by Vyacheslav Gaizer for the establishment of favorable tariffs. Are Vainziher, olkhovyk (they arrested on 7 September) and the former head of "VimpelCom" Mikhail Slobodin (wanted). Slobodin was the head of "IES holding" in 2002-2010, then it was replaced olkhovyk, after which this position was held by Vainziher.
