Also, the Supervisory Agency said that "the land on which are located buildings used by individuals without legal documents". In addition, unauthorized construction prevents access to water.
The Prosecutor stressed that the court decision came into force.
In March, the government of Sevastopol approved the procedures for making decisions on the demolition of unauthorized capital structures without a court order. In February, the Council of Ministers of Crimea has allocated one billion roubles for demolition in 2017, more than nine thousand illegal buildings.
