• The court adjourned until April 24 consideration of claim FAS to Google

  • The arbitration court of Moscow has postponed for April 24, the main hearings on the suit of FAS, demanding to oblige Google to perform an order to eliminate violations of the Antimonopoly legislation. This decision RIA Novosti reported, citing participants of the meeting, which was held behind closed doors.

The head of Department Igor Artemyev said that the company is sabotaging the execution of the order of the FAS about elimination of violations in the Russian market of mobile applications. He also stressed that the Agency plans to penalize the Corporation until such time as it does not comply with the order of service.

But in late February it became known that the American Corporation offered The FAS to enter into the settlement agreement.
