"Zakharchenko also charged with receiving a bribe in 3,5 million rubles from the Copper Dossa restaurateur, who owns restaurants "La Mare" and provided a discount on that amount," — said Alexander Gorbatenko at the meeting of the Moscow city court, which considered the complaint of protection to arrest of the property under investigation on charges of corruption.
Simultaneously, during the process the girl Colonel Anastasia Pestrikova said that those arrested in the case of the $ 16 million that were discovered by the FSB as part of the investigation, belong to her family. The investigator Roman Zhuravlev, in turn, said that the money belongs to Zakharchenko, but after his arrest for hiding were handed over to the girl.
Earlier in the day during a meeting, the lawyer Gorbatenko said names of the suspects in the mediation in the transfer of bribes, which accused his client is "FSB Senin and General interior Laushkin". Source "Tape.ru" said that, probably talking about the head of Regardie of the Moscow region Alexei Laushkin.
Informed concerning the high-ranking employee of FSB Dmitry Senin, relative Zakharchenko, was prosecuted for desertion. According to media reports, the officer left Russia with forged documents, his escape is associated with the investigation of the case against his brother-in-law Zakharchenko.
According to "Novaya Gazeta", in 2006 under the patronage of Senin, which, then, worked in the "M" of the FSB carrying out counter-intelligence software of the law enforcement system of the country, Zakharchenko was transferred from Rostov Department of the tax police to the post of Deputy chief operatively-search Bureau №5 of the Department of economic security Ministry of internal Affairs.
Zakharchenko accused the number of corruption and malfeasance. In the apartment where he lived, during a search they found cash totaling about 8.5 billion rubles.
