More than half of respondents "Levada center," believe that the Russian authorities are wrong, directing funds from the Federal budget on development of the Crimea in the conditions of reduction of expenses on social sphere. On the question of whether the government's actions in this regard, the option of "probably not" was chosen by 31 percent of all respondents, and "definitely no," said 24 percent.
Positively this question was answered in the amount of 24 percent, 9 percent found it difficult to assess. The remaining 11 were excluded because these respondents in the previous question felt that the Crimea is mostly financed by private funds.
The country has a Federal target program (FTP) for the development of various facilities in the Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020 will be spent up to 680 billion rubles.
