Romania and Portugal will return to competition after an absence last year. "Eurovision-2017" will be held in Ukraine, because in 2016 the first place in competition occupied Ukrainian singer Jamala. The opening ceremony will take place on the territory of national reserve "Sophia of Kyiv".
