The Moscow city court once again proved the falsity of the statements of opposition leader Alexei Navalny by dismissing his complaint against the decision under the claim about protection of honor and dignity of the founder of USM Holdings Alisher Usmanov. This was stated by the representative of the businessman, reports Rambler News Service on Friday, August 11.
"The court once again confirmed that all the statements of the Bulk do not correspond to reality, denigrates the honor, dignity and business reputation of the plaintiff. The appeal of the defendant is left without satisfaction" — he said.
Earlier Friday it was reported that the Moscow city court refused the founder of the Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK) of the complaint. It is obliged within 10 days to remove the accepted untrue information about Usmanov from three sites on the channel in YouTube and in Facebook. The first instance decision was changed only partially: the opposition is obliged to delete the videos entirely, but only its fragments.
