• The Russian government noted the contribution of the Ministry of culture in development "Open data"

  • The Russian government gave a letter to the Ministry of culture for significant contribution to the development of the Open data project. This was reported on Agency on Friday, April 28.

    The ceremony was held at Government House to sum up the results of the second all-Russian contest "Open data of the Russian Federation". The event was attended by, in particular, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and the Minister for Open government Mikhail Abyzov.

    Open data — posted online information in a systematic format that ensures automatic processing in order of the repeated and free use. The Ministry of culture publishes such data on the website opendata.mkrf.ru.

    The competition "Open data of the Russian Federation" was held for the second time. It is intended for developers of mobile applications and e-services.
