Pamfilova stressed that such a situation — persecution of people for political reasons — not been in any other region. "This is a direct, shameless, brazen use of administrative resource," she said.
The head of the CEC called the Dagestan one of the most disadvantaged regions in terms of a campaign. Soon Pamfilova plans to meet with the leadership of the Republic, and to prepare a report on the violations of the election designed for law enforcement and Federal authorities.
