Activist Ildar Dading, was convicted for violating the order of holding rallies, has agreed to be tested on a lie detector. About it the correspondent of the RIA Novosti reported to the office of the Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.
"The test will not be experts of law enforcement bodies or the Federal penitentiary service and representatives of independent companies engaged in similar licensed activity", — said the press Secretary of the Ombudsman Alexei Sovetov.
Earlier on Thursday, November 3, Moskalkova said about expediency of transition of the Dading in another colony.
2 Nov became it is known, independent doctors of Segezhskaya Central district hospital visited the activist in the colony. "The doctors assessed the condition of the Dading satisfactory, bruising on his body is not discovered, as well as signs of previous injuries".
The day before the lawyer of the activist Alexei lipcer reported, that Dading complained of beating by employees of a colony after they declared a hunger strike. After the information appeared in the media, the situation took under personal control Moskalkova.
Dading was recognized as guilty of repeated violations at rallies and sentenced to three years in a penal colony in December 2015. At that time, it was the first criminal case under article 212.1, envisaging responsibility for a public event.
