• The Ministry of culture of Russia met with the participants of the project "Database of human resources"

  • The first meeting with the participants of the project "Database of personnel potential of culture of Russia" held in Moscow Thursday, February 9. This was reported on Department.

    Deputy Minister of culture Sergei Obryvalin announced that similar meetings will be held not less than once in six months. Among the participants of the project will be organized in a continuous exchange of information.

    "During a two-year project involved more than two thousand people, the project has provided an opportunity to evaluate existing sectoral human resource capacity, as it was explained 90 per cent of the institutions of the Ministry of culture of Russia", — said Obryvalin.

    He told the participants that they "have achieved good results, entered the list of top results of the project in 2015-2016." The meeting was attended by over 70 people from almost all regions of the country, as well as Directors of relevant departments of the Ministry of culture.

    The project was launched by the Ministry to create database of reserve personnel, and their subsequent appointment to vacant positions of heads of subordinated institutions of culture.
