  • The book Tatar writer Aydar Halima "Kill the Empire!" included in the Federal list of extremist materials of the Ministry of justice of Russia. Added on Friday, August 11, at Department.

    The full title of the book as follows: "Kill the Empire!" (Cypress returned home, or "do the Russians Want war"). The publication of the Ministry of justice notes that the edition listed on the basis of the decision Naberezhnochelninsky city court of the Republic of Tatarstan of may 30, 2017.

    Halim was born in 1942. In 1976 he was admitted to the Union of Soviet writers. Participant in liquidation of Chernobyl accident, in 1997-2001 Chairman of the Milli Mejlis of the Tatar people. The first book came out in Russian and Bashkir languages.

    In 2014, speaking in Kazan on the Day of memory and grief of the Tatar people, Halim stated biological death of the Russians and called for the overthrow of the President of Russia. In September 2015, against it criminal case under article 282 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation ("inciting hatred or hostility, and humiliation of human dignity"). In April 2016, on completion of the investigation, the indictment in the case was not approved by the Prosecutor's office of Tatarstan.
