In Spain in November will be held the second "Russian gastronomy week" (GNR). About it reported in a press release the organizers of the project, arrived in edition "Tapes.ru" on Monday, October 31.
The event will start in Madrid on November 22. In the ceremony of its opening will take part the Ambassador of Russia to Spain Yuri Korchagin, Executive Director of the world tourism organization (UNWTO) Zoltan Somogy, officials, businessmen and journalists.
On the first day of RGN in Madrid hotel will be held a culinary master class "Secrets of the Kremlin kitchen". In addition, in the framework of this event 23 Nov organize a tasting of Russian vodka and distillates. After that, guests RGN will be treated to dishes of the Dagestani cuisine. In the Russian Embassy in Madrid will also discuss the issues of cooperation of the restaurateurs and chefs of the two countries.
GNR will be held in Barcelona, where the Spaniards will treat thematic dinners inspired by the characteristic of a number of Russian regions (Dagestan, Moscow, the Komi-Permyatsky Autonomous district, and so on). In the capital of Catalonia also organise the exhibition of food and beverages from Russia, tastings and round tables.
The event will end on November 27. The objective of the WPN is to promote the gastronomic traditions of Russia. The first time this event was held in Spain in October 2015.
