American rock musician Iggy Pop took part in the recording of five new songs. He said this edition of Entertainment Weekly. According to him, all five songs were performed for releases from other artists.
"All of these recordings, not because I have something to say. People just called me and asked if I sing with them on the fact in such circumstances. Like a guest appearance," shared the actor. He did not disclose the information with which the performers he worked on the tracks.
The seventeenth Studio album by Iggy Pop Post Pop Depression was released in March 2016. In recognition of the musician, he strives to record a new album, and most likely Post Pop Depression will become his last work.
Also in 2016 Jim Jarmusch made a documentary film "Gimme Danger. History of Iggy and The Stooges". The Russian premiere is scheduled for November 24.
