"The situation is very positive because I really very many citizens concerned about the situation in Sevastopol. Here a large number of public organizations, associations interested in the development of the city. So you can not seize the head," — said the official.
However, he acknowledged that problems in the city, among them, for example, the delay in conclusion of contracts with enterprises of Sevastopol under Russian law. "But that's no reason to say "all is lost"", — said Ovsyannikov.
According to him, there is a backlog in the schedule of realization of the Federal target program of development of Crimea and Sevastopol, but in this direction active work. "It is important that the implementation of the projects managed to move from 2018-2019 years to 2017. If earlier it was assumed that by the end of 2017 in the city under the key will be handed over 11 sites, today we speak already about 27 objects", — said the head of the city.
Speaking about the first successes in the post of the head of Sevastopol, he said that he tried to join "in everyday life of the city as an economic object."
