• The farmer from India sued the railroad 20-car passenger train

  • Sampooran Singh (Sampuran Singh), a farmer from the Indian state of Punjab, the court received a 20-car passenger train belonging to Indian Railways company, reported NDTV.

    The company purchased from the farmer land for the construction of the railway, however, did not put pay him 10 million rupees (about 150 thousand dollars). The farmer filed suit in 2015 and won the case, however, the company said that that kind of money they have. After the retrial, Singh was awarded the right to use the train.

    Having received the relevant document, the farmer and his lawyer went to the station at Ludhiana and presented the court's decision the engineer of the train. while Singh has allowed him to complete the flight because, according to the farmer, stopping would cause inconvenience to thousands of passengers.

    It is reported that Indian Railways has received permission to use the train for a few more days. If upon the expiration of funds for the payment of the debt will not be found, the composition can be auctioned.
