• Chernobyl shouting "Gunpowder on the bench!" attacked the Parliament

  • A scuffle between police and a group of victims of the Chernobyl nuclear accident happened at the entrance to the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. On Tuesday, November 1, reports "RIA Novosti-Ukraine".

    According to the Agency, Chernobyl has demanded from deputies to provide that they are entitled to by law pension. Protesters chanted: "Parubiy, the people", "Gang away!", "The Supreme zradu away!", "Gunpowder on the bench!".

    The protesters attempted to storm the second entrance of the Parliament building, during which there was a scuffle with law enforcement officers. Injured in the incident.

"Statutory change will lead to additional expenditures from the state budget of Ukraine and (...) in conditions of limited budgetary resources and a significant devaluation of the state's economy will lead to the imbalance of the state budget of Ukraine", — stated in the document with the proposals of the President.
