The investigative Committee of Russia has directed to court criminal case concerning the owner of "My Bank" Gleb Fetisov and former Chairman of the Board of this organization Kira Andrianova, accused of illegal withdrawal of assets of nearly two billion rubles. This is stated in the message Department, arrived in edition "Tapes.ru" on Friday, January 27.
"The consequence collected sufficient evidentiary base in this connection criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to court for consideration in essence", — was stated in the press release.
The bankers are accused of organizing the theft of another's property with use of his official position and embezzlement.
According to investigators, in the period 2012-2013. and Fetisov made six episodes of plunder of property of "My Bank" in the form of cash and securities worth over 1.9 billion by issuing controlled by the pseudo-enterprises and unsecured non-performing loans, and by gratuitous alienation of marketable securities.
Fetisov was in the SIZO "Lefortovo" since February 2014.
