The Lenin district court of Rostov-on-don has seized the property of the General Director of "development Corporation" Sergei Maslova, accused of theft of a billion rubles from the Bank "national credit". This writes "Kommersant".
As stated in the court investigator, an interim measure needed to redress the damage inflicted by the accused.
In the seized property includes three hectares of land in the Archangel, the house has an area of 2.7 thousand square meters, a guest house on 640 square meters and sauna complex on 513 square meters and the apartment is on the Crimean Shaft in Moscow and another one a country house with an area of 571 square meters in a village near Moscow, Russia.
According to the newspaper, the cost of the estate in Arkhangelsk is more than $ 100 million.
20 October it was reported on excitation of criminal case against the leaders of the "development Corporation" Sergei Maslov and Vladimir Karmanov on suspicion of embezzling more than a billion rubles. According to a source in the Moscow apartment Maslova during the search was discovered a valuable sculpture, presumably the work of Salvador Dalí.
After the arrest Maslov and his alleged accomplices was transferred to Rostov-na-Donu, where the petition of a consequence the court held them to 30 November.
